  Fieldwork coordinators, being responsible of fieldwork launch, coordination and daily follow-up of the information collection.

  Supervision team with quality control in all steps.

  Trained interviewers on generic interviewing skills and specifically for each survey.

  Transcribers, translators (French and English).

Tasks

  National F2F interviewers network, covering the whole country, to conduct CAPI interviews (home, street, Hall test, Mystery Shopping…)

  Call Center for CATI and Web-CATI surveys administration. Our software enables to have different supports interlinked for surveys completion: telephone, email and web.

  Simultaneous monitoring of Telephone interviews.

  Self-administrated questionnaires via Internet (CAWI) surveys.

  Focus Groups. Room for qualitative studies.

  Monitoring of Focus Groups (traceable through the web).
